Eat Well Adventures is here to inspire you to bring simple food and little adventures back into your life. It’s about eating good food and getting outside as much as possible. While recipes are a focus, it’s also important to read the interviews and utilize the adventure resources we have posted on the main page. I also post upcoming dinners, classes, and retreats as well, to keep everyone informed on the present happenings.

As you will see from navigating around the site, there are many things I love in life: interesting people, trail runs, floating down rivers, long table rustic farm dinners, shrimp boils, banjo pickin,’ old growth forests, puns, bonfires, and weaving a rustic food culture into everyday life. 2018 has been the year of culinary collaborations thusfar, and I look forward to planning more of both as we roll along into the year.

I am (slowly) working on my first cookbook at the moment, Eat Well Adventures, which has been inspired by my past and present life in the culinary and outdoor world. The goal with the book, as with the site, is to inspire you to bring simple food and little adventures back into your life. And i’m on a mission to make it happen.
